Our three Directors have in excess of 80 years experience between them across all classes of general insurance claims

Gordon Farr



As a Chartered Insurer, Gordon has held a number of senior claims positions both technical and operational, initially 23 years with CU, CGU, CGNU & AVIVA, culminating in the role of Head of Claims Customer Service


Gordon joined Churchill Insurance in 2002 and during that time held the position of Head of Commercial Claims and, after the merger with RBS, became National Claimant and Commercial Services Manager with responsibility for 1700 people across 16 sites involving all brands


In 2007 he moved to LV = as Claims Director, rejoining the previous Churchill management team


Since leaving LV = Gordon has held a number of directorships and assisted several clients by way of consultancy through an extensive network of contacts gained throughout his career

Geoff Leeks



Geoff is a highly focused insurance claims professional with 25 years experience, the majority of which spent in a number of senior managerial positions with market leading insurers. In his most recent role, which he left at the end of 2012, Geoff headed up Bodily Injury at the UK's largest Personal Lines Insurer


He has proven leadership skills involving developing and motivating teams to exceed objectives in operational, technical and strategic environments across Personal, Commercial and Legal classes

Martin Ward



Martin has 25 years experience in General Insurance Claims at Insurers and Captive handling agents, initially in regional operational and management roles, before diversifying into Change and Programme Management in the Chief Operating Office at RBS Insurance, managing major transformation and change programmes including procurement both within the UK and Internationally


An expert in claims, target operating models, fraud, process and technology solutions, he has extensive experience in acquisitions and integrations. Martin is a Director on Portal Co Board, representing the ABI on the MoJ Changes and the technology for the portal.
